QuadCore Karrier Wall Panels are an integral part of a lightweight, factory-engineered building system that comprises individual high-performance insulated panels that provide the support, thermal and weather protection for direct fix or ventilated cavity rainscreen facades.

Longer lengths (non-standard): 14.5 –17.8 m

Shorter lengths (non- standard): Below 1.8 m

The QuadCore insulation used in QuadCore Karrier Wall Panels have a Thermal Conductivity (λ) of 0.018W/m.K

The above U-values are calculated based on the QuadCore Karrier Wall Panel component only.

QuadCore Karrier Wall Panels have a Thermal Transmittance (U-Value), calculated using the method required by the Building Regulations Part L2 (England & Wales) and Building Standards Section 6 (Scotland), Part L (Republic of Ireland) and Part F2 (Northern Ireland).

Reaction to Fire

QuadCore® Karrier Wall Panels are classified B-s1,d0 according to the European Reaction to Fire classification system (Euroclasses) BS EN 13501-1: 2018, under the certified name QuadCore® Karrier when using the following internal liners:

• CLEANsafe 15, CLEANsafe 25, CLEANsafe 55 and AQUAsafe 55.

BS 8414 Tested Systems

Dri-Design on QuadCore® Karrier has been tested to BS 8414-2 and has met the criteria of BR 135.
