The Renaissance-style red brick building, originally unveiled in 1983, underwent a redevelopment aimed at preserving and enhancing its graceful Victorian charm. The incorporation of our HK Design hook-on cassettes (Powder Coating Copper 0005) seamlessly bridged the gap between the historical and contemporary elements. These cassettes are compatible with both our QuadCore Karrier and K-Roc Karrier products, offering a secret hook-on cassette façade solution that can be installed in either landscape or portrait orientation. Additionally, they are designed to work harmoniously with other supporting brackets and rails, making them a versatile choice for facade design.

The HK Design Casettes are offered in almost any PPC colour with coatings that can imitate corten and stone. This versatility makes them a superb choice for achieving a cohesive aesthetic or for creating a bold contrast within a building's design.

Our QuadCore Topdek product helped enhance the building's thermal performance. Additionally, the Arcade Rooflights infused the indoor spaces with natural light and ventilation, contributing to a more tranquil environment.
