Applications
QuadCore® UltraTech Precision Panels are suitable for all internal cleanroom applications across a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical and bio-technology laboratories, healthcare, medical research and advanced technology facilities. 60mm QuadCore® UltraTech Precision Panels have an optional 25mm UL rated service void along the length of the panels.

These values are in accordance with BS EN 14509, using Finite Element Analysis, and take into account any thermal bridging through the longitudinal joint.
The U-Values have been calculated using an aged thermal conductivity value of 0.018W/mK.
Certification & Testing
Reaction to Fire
QuadCore UltraTech Precision Panels are classified B-s1,d0 for the 60mm option and B-s2,d0 for the 80mm option , when tested on the internal face of the product, according to the European Reaction to Fire classification system (Euroclasses) BS EN 13501-1:2018 under the certified name KS1200 UT-P QuadCore® CS15 when using the following internal liners: CLEANsafe 15, CLEANsafe 25, CLEANsafe 55, and CLEANsafe 120.

Air Tightness
The joint of the QuadCore® UltraTech Precision Panel can achieve air tightness of less than 0.003m3/hr/m2 at 50Pa in accordance with BS EN 14509 (BE EN 12114). For further information on air tightness please contact Kingspan Tech-eXchange.
Water Tightness
